Conditions We Treat
We treat the following conditions:
- HIV
- Medication-based HIV Prevention (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis, or PrEP)
- Patients with severe drug allergies or complex drug-drug interactions impacting treatment of an infection
- Tick or mosquito-borne infection
- Complex skin and soft tissue infections, including diabetic foot infections
- Infections of bones (osteomyelitis), joints, and joint replacements
- Extrapulmonary infections with non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM)
- Recurrent urinary tract infections, especially if drug-resistant bacteria are involved
- Hepatitis C in patients without a history of decompensated cirrhosis
- Recurrent infection with Clostridioides difficile (“C.diff”)
- Patients with latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) diagnosed prior to starting immunosuppressive medicationst
